How can I reach Sindy?

Sometimes our internet providers play silly games and block emails from other services. Because of that I have set up a couple of different email accounts. You can reach me at the following email addresses, just leave out the spaces.

How are purchased files delivered?

Files are delivered via email as an attachment. They are sent out the same day, usually within the hour of purchase. CD orders are mailed via the USPS service on the next business day. Usually within 24 hours.

I bought a pattern but it has not shown up in my email.

Remember my mentioning not all providers play nice together? The first place to look will be inside your designated Spam folder. Often an email with an attachment will get tossed in there. If you still cannot find the message with files attached, feel free to email me! Add me to your address book (that marks me as an approved contact) and I will send it again.

I cannot open the PDF files.

If you cannot open a file on the web site, traffic may be  a bit busy. This often happens at the first of the month when new designs are put up. Try right clicking and saving the target file, then opening from your hard drive.

What is EQ6 and EQ7?

EQ is an abbreviation for Electric Quilt That is the software I use to make the applique designs you find here on the web site. If you also have the software the project files are sharable. You can open and save the projects and play with them on your own.

Do you take special requests?

You are welcome to email me if you have a special request. I cannot make any promises, life sometimes has a way of sneaking up on us. I do enjoy a challenge though.
