Protecting your personal information
We do not collect any credit card information on our site. Payments are made through the PayPal system and any credit card information is collected by PayPal, not us. PayPal uses proprietary technology to ensure your transactions are safe.

I don't have a PayPal account; can I still purchase your e-Patternsor ?
Yes. Although we use PayPal to collect payment, you do not need to open a PayPal account in order to make your payment. Simply follow the instructions on the PayPal website for the different payment options.

When will I receive my e-Patterns?
You will be able to download your e-Patterns immediately, once your payment has been cleared by PayPal and our server has received the notice from PayPal completing the transaction. You will then be redirected to the download/Thank you page. Your download link will be on the page. An email will also be sent to the address you included with a copy of the download link. It may help to add the email address to your address book or approved senders list. It will arrive from fatCat Patterns

How do the downloads work?
Individual visitors may download and save to their hard drive (or any other medium they choose) and/or print one (1) copy only of any pattern and or instructions/tutorial (free or paid) available on this website.
We are aware that the technology sometimes experiences difficulties. Therefore, customers are allowed up to three attempts at downloading any purchased file, in the event that the first attempt fails. Should the further attempts fail, please contact Sindy with an explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing.

Can I change, cancel or delete an e-Pattern order?
Orders placed on our online store cannot be changed or canceled. Since orders are delivered immediately, an digital order cannot be canceled.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for any downloaded material. However, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact Sindy. 


Notification of any issues must occur within 2 calendar days of the original sale.
